Advice and assistance in processing 
- Advice on selecting the best opportunities, and resolve concerns with administrative, legal or financial. 
- Support for the procedures for the analysis of specifications and preparation of the proposal.

Training
- practical seminars to train you on the key concepts of the public market and increase the probability of success to the opportunities in the sector. Next seminar will be on 04/19/2012.

Promote the business collaboration
- Evaluation of potential synergies of cooperation between participants and call for the companies involved when it detects a potential business collaboration.

how to participate

Who can participate?
All SMEs and freelancers who are interested in presenting offerings to the public sector. Of the total registered companies, Barcelona Activa will select 200, who will be participating in the program. In this selection, will tave priority the companies that:

- Have interest in increase their participarion and access to government tenders. 
- Need specialized support to identify and manage their presentation in public tenders. 
- Be registered at the metropolitan area. 
- Are SMEs as defined by the European Commission. 
- Offer inovator products / services.
