Basic tools of management

Very practical sessions, of 3 hours duration, which offer an answer to very specific problems arising from the day-to-day operation of companies. 

The objective of these sessions is to provide, as much for the owners of small companies as for their personnel, specific tools of business management suitable for their most common needs. 

The learning method is very active and participatory, adapting to the specific needs of each group in particular. Groups with a maximun of 10-12 people.
