Phases Program
1. Identification and selection of the 30 companies with more growth potential rating of the metropolitan area of Barcelona
All companies wishing to participate should fill out a form. The selection meeting will consist of a set of qualitative and quantitative attributes to assess the situation in which the company is.
· Qualitative attributes: the questionnaire will be questions relating to attributes of the business. These are questions concerning its structure, product, market knowledge, business growth etc. .. With the joint analysis of these data we can assess the level of maturity that presents the company and placing it within an array for further evaluation.
· Quantitative attributes: economic information will also financial (income, number of employees, financial ratios etc.) that will define the degree of evolution of each registered company and their ability to be enhanced.
Having defined the level of maturity of the company also assessed the appeal that this can have on the market as the sector belongs. This will get a more appropriate weight not only because we rely solely on the maturity of the company. Used different sources of knowledge as internal sources of Ernst & Young, contrasting with the Advisory Council and interviews with direct investment agents. </ P>
2. Definition of action plan of each company
After obtaining the final list of companies will conduct a personalized analysis of each, which would have the following structure:

3. Communication Plan
The Communication Plan will be very important for the promotion of companies. It will be both nationally and internationally and will consist of the following:
. Plenary Presentation Day Program which will attend the most relevant personalities of Barcelona's business, financial, and institutional investors. As well as the advisory council. This will present the godfathers of each company.
. Promotion and press contacts
. Road show presentation to international investors with the biggest initiatives (London, Berlin and Paris)
. Individual sessions for presenting companies to investors for your industry who might be interested.
